Our Building Inspectors are New Brunswick Certified Building Officials recognized by the New Brunswick Building Officials Association (NBBOA).

Our Building Inspectors offer the following services:

  1. Provide advice to clients in:
  2. Review building/development permit applications for compliance with building regulations
  3. Issue building/development permits
  4. Conduct inspections
    • Inspections are required for all construction to which the 2010 National Building Code applies. Mandatory inspections are required to be performed upon the completion of each phase of construction. Mandatory inspection requests can be submitted by calling the GMSRC Office at 506-778-6347 or submitting an Inspection Request Form. Voicemail messages and form submissions will be checked daily Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A Building Inspector will contact the individual identified in the request to schedule a date and time for the mandatory inspection.
