New Brunswick Tire Stewardship Program

Paint Recycling
Product Care Association, on behalf of Paint Brand Owners, developed a plan for waste paint recycling to meet New Brunswick’s needs. It has a network of over 50 recycling locations in the province where you can take your old paint.
Recycle NB ensures that 70% of all the paint collected is turned into new recycled paint products.
Oil & Glycol Recycling
It is easy for you to recycle used oil, oil filters, oil containers, glycol, and glycol containers in New Brunswick. Recycle NB oversees an industry-led, and financed oil and glycol management plan. SOGHUOMA manages the plan on behalf of the industry. It covers the manufacture, storage, collection, transportation, recycling, and disposal of these products.
Electronic Waste Recycling
Recycling your old electronic devices helps protect the environment for your children and grandchildren and it creates jobs in New Brunswick. Things like televisions, computers, digital cameras, and fax machines contain hazardous materials like cadmium that we need to keep out of our landfills. They also contain materials like gold and copper that can be recycled and used to make new products.
